Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at brisaagonzalez555@gmail.com. with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or payment account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at brisaagonzalez555@gmail.com. with a clear photo of the item.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away, no stress!
